Fraudulent Transaction
In the absence of any possible way to speak to a human on the website, or a response to the webform that I have submitted twice, I am turning to the Community Forum where I hope someone here can help me.
There is a Dropbox subscription transaction for $11.99 that I have just noticed recurring on my credit card statement for over 2 years. I used the transaction lookup tool here to discover that this is not linked to any email address I have ever owned but instead someone called carlos
My credit card don't let me cancel or block the transaction as I've apparently authorised it, but to me this is a clear cause of someone fraudulently using my account details to setup the account.
Can somebody here please advise how I block an account that is being paid for from my card details?
Many thanks in advance.

So sorry to hear about the situation, davidsworlduk.
Since this is related to a billing request, can I log a ticket for you to this email address, so that we can check this internally?
Unfortunately, we don’t have account visibility on the forum, so there’s not much we can do here about this.
Let me know.

Hey davidsworlduk, I’ve opened a ticket for you.
Please check it, when you have some free time, and reply back to me.
Cheers!
