Formswift keeps charging me $37 - sometimes 4 times a month. How can I cancel this?

Hi! Formswift just keeps appearing on my credit card statement charging me $37 over and over.

They are unreachable - keep me in a loop of recordings and dead ends.

Totally hate this switch - I guess they used to be Sign Now? Anyway -

How can I get rid of Formswift and is anyone else having this problem and does anyone have an alternate they can recommend?

    It does sound strange that you'd get charged 4 times a month.
