Change your payment method directly to App store.

I'm currently using card payments and would like to manage payments through the app store. Is there

I would like to make a change for payment management, but I don't know how to do it.

Please help me with this.

Hey there Raphael1004, I hope you're doing well!

When you say that you currently use card payments, do you mean you've upgraded directly using our website?

If so, then you need to cancel your account, and wait until it downgrades upon its next renewal and then upgrade directly using the App store.

If you have any questions, I'm always at your service!

Will anything stored in dropboxd be deleted during the time period you mentioned?

Hi from me as well, Raphael1004

You don’t need to worry about any data currently stored on your Dropbox account; nothing will be deleted from it, once you downgrade.

The only thing that may happen, if you go over-quota, is that you won't be able to add more files to your account and syncing will pause on your linked devices, until you re-upgrade via iTunes.
