Changing subscription from PlayStore to Dropbox directly.
Hi
I have a subscription over play store and i want to change it to be over Dropbox directly as there is limitations in upgrading features such as transfer
I dont want to loss my files while canceling my play store subscription and i need an advise
Hi Moe as, happy Monday and happy first of the month!
Your data will be safe. Please be aware that if your account is ever downgraded, Dropbox will not delete any of your files.
If you're over quota all that should happen is that syncing stops. Dropbox will only sync until you hit your quota, so if you are over quota all that should happen is that Dropbox will not sync any new files.
If you have any questions, let me know.

- Moe asExplorer | Level 3Hi thanks for your reply, its not for downgrading, but on Dropbox subscription i will be able to upgrade but over play store i cant
So after canceling the subscription for sure the data size will be much more than the free storage size and am afraid to lose data while changing from play store to Dropbox subscription- MeganDropbox Staff
