How to change subscription via ios to dropbox directly
Hi,
I had my Dropbox Plus through apple subscription, but I’d like to manage my account directly from dropbox website.
My plan via apple app store has been already lapsed since January 2, but I cannot find a way to subscribe the dropbox service directly from dropbox.com. Can you tell me how I can change the way to subscribe dropbox plus via dropbox.com?

Once the site has confirmed that the subscription has been cancelled, since it seems it might not have been fully registered from the iOS system, it would return to a Basic plan, and that's when you'll be able to upgrade to a Plus plan from the site.

No, it still says "dropbox plus", although I cancelled the subscription before the planned payment date of January 2. When would it change to basic, so I can upgrade?
On a side note, when I click my initials on the right top of the dropbox website, under "personal account -- general" it says "basic".

Having exact same issue. The Dropbox account has been downgraded to Basic, but the upgrade screen doesn’t show the prices and says an error so won’t let me pay.
My iPhone says I still have a Plus subscription until 28th April but this doesn’t show in my account.- JayDropbox Staff

Hi,
I have been using Dropbox Plus for quite some time but suddenly 2 days ago I received email from Dropbox that my account have been downgraded because Apple were unable to process payment for my plan. I have contacted my bank and there is no problem with my card. Now I have cancel my subscription through Apple and would like to subscribe directly through Dropbox but every time I tried this message appear "Something went wrong. Please refresh the page or contact customer support."

Hey fha, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
In order to upgrade your account directly through the Dropbox website, first the cancellation you made through the app will need to get in effect.
If you go to the plan tab in your account settings here, do you see that your account is downgraded to the free Basic version?
