Sync Issues on Windows 10 device
Hi,
I have a sync issue on my windows pc. I have windows 10 and i cannot see a folder which was shared with me in dropbox. Another colleague that has an iMac does see the folder but i do not see it. I have already reinstalled dropbox on my pc and all files are synced but i still do not see the folder. I do see the folder in the web version of dropbox but not in the application itself.
How can i resolve this?

Rename the folder.
The folder likely has a name using characters that are not compatible on a Windows operating system. macOS can use characters that are reserved on Windows, and any file or folder with such characters in its name will not be able to sync to Windows.
