I can't share any files on my account, why?
Hi Dropbox Community,
I’m reaching out as a long-time Dropbox user of over 10 years, and I’m currently in a tough situation. Yesterday, I received a message saying, "We’ve interrupted your sharing activity because your files might contain phishing content," - I cannot share ANY folders or files and this is really going to impact my small business.
I rely heavily on Dropbox to share essential documents like PDFs, Word files, and Excel spreadsheets with my clients DAILY. This interruption has left me unable to collaborate, and it will undoubtedly cause many embarrassing moments. I’m worried it will make me look unreliable to my clients, which is definitely not the impression I want to give. The potential effect on my business and income is quite concerning.
I appreciate all of Dropbox's security measures, but I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has faced a similar issue or has advice on how to resolve this quickly. Restoring my file-sharing capabilities is critical for my operations.
Thank you for any help or insights you can provide!
