unable to install capture on windows 10

Unable to install capture error "Error in parsing the app package."

    Hi there inkwarp, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.


    Can  you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

     

    Also, what's your device's exact OS version? Have you checked for any pending updates perhaps?

      I just went to get a screen shot and realised that my firewall was blocking the installer.

      It opens now but after I hit the instal button it just disappears and doesn't seem to install anything.

      So, nothing to capture... 

      I am on windows10.

        Hi inkwarp, have you tried rebooting your device, and then try to install Capture once again?

         

        If not, can you give it a go?
