Every time I open the Dropbox app it just goes to a blank screen so I can’t access any of my files. The only way I can fix it is to restart my phone which takes a lot of time as it seems to only work once or twice in between each restart. I’m using an iPhone 7 with all updates applied and have updated the app on every release.

Please reinstall the Dropbox mobile app and let me know if the issue persists.
If it does, a screenshot of the blank screen, will help me suggest the next steps.

@Andrew F.14 Seems like you are facing the same problem. I created a ticket for you, so our team can work on your issue as well. Please respond there and I will have your case escalated to be fixed.
Let me know if you received my email. It would be also helpful to know the version of Dropbox giving you this problem. Please respond back to this thread with this info.

Same here. iPad pro. iOS and Dropbox updated. Very frustrating. Has been happening for a few weeks by now. Screenshot attached.
