Hi Suz2001, can you clarify if you're talking about our 6-digit security code, or if the account was using 2FA?
Is it possible to reach out to the email service provider, to ask them to re-enable the email?

What Im saying is that I cannot get the Author code that Dropbox requests when you want to sign in to your account thru my emails as the email registered with Dropbox no longer exists - the provider is also not available
