Can't cancel free trial, Dropbox doesn't recognize my account
Dropbox sent me an email to remind me about the end of the free trial. When I login to Dropbox with that email it doesn't recognize my account and just tries to get me to sign up for a new account. There is no way to contact Dropbox support at all. The chatbot doesn't seem to have a live agent available. How do I cancel the trial if I can't log in?

Check that the email you are using is exactly the same as the one you are trying to log in as. Especially if you are a Google customer - remember coryg.123@ and coryg123@ would be 2 diff accounts on here but only one email.
Also, most trials are done via an App Store so log on to that and cancel there.
