Can I recover a disabled account?
My dropbox account was disabled/deleted many years ago. Is there any way I can access it again? Or are all files gone?

hi. I have a similar issue. I do not believe I deleted or disabled my account, so, I can only presume Dropbox has done this. I cannot regain access to my account, or any of my files. I was a paying user for many years, and then my circumstances changed so I downgraded my account. I did not delete it. Had I been notified by Dropbox this was going to happen I would have taken precautions to back up data, upgrade my account and so on...
I cannot find a way of talking to someone at dropbox on the phone, or over a live chat. I have always found the Dropbox team very helpful, and I am quite disappointed I cannot speak directly to anyone about this issue. I downgraded my account about a 9 months ago, and noticed my inability to go into my dropbox about a month ago from all devices.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My life's work has just been taken away from me! 😞
