Refund for my deceased husband’s account

How do I get a refund for my deceased husband’s Dropbox account?  He died in April and I was billed in May.

    Perfect.

In this case, I’d like to log a ticket for you and email you directly to the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here.

Let me know if that’s OK with you, and we’ll get things started.

I’m sorry to hear about your loss, Barbara53

The charges that you received, do they seem to be associated with Google Play/iTunes or do they seem to be coming directly from Dropbox?

Let me know, and we’ll have a look.
