I have both an Adobe Creative Cloud and a Dropbox Plus subscription. I recently saw that I could be saving 50% on my Dropbox Plus sub.

FYI:
This is what was advised less than an hour ago... So Dropbox seems to have two streams:
- There still is a valid discount, but as a Plus user you have to have a very long breath to get what they promise you to give
- There was a discount, but that suddenly expired
For such a huge company, making such a mess of this situation. How hard can it be to solve this? Imho you don't offer something quit valuable for a large user group, and then withdraw when someone wants to make use of the offer.

Hi everyone,
We’ve made some improvements to the redemption link.
Can you please check it one more time?
Just let us know if it’s working.
Thanks.

What's wrong with you guys? I've been trying to activate the discount for a few days, I wrote to support, you replied that it was impossible, here's a screenshot of the support reply:
Now you say that you have changed something and we can use the discount. But I already bought at full price! And now I can't use the discount because “You're already on Dropbox Plus”! Are you kidding me?
How do I use the discount now?
- GlennCartmill2 months agoHelpful | Level 6That’s deadly. This has been a real mess and very badly handled by both Dropbox and Adobe.

Glad this discount is now working and people can benefit from the savings. Unfortunately, I opted for the Essentials package instead of the Plus. Plus has a 50% discount applied but Essentials doesn't — why they were placed on the same offer page, I don't know. Presumably so that some people may choose the Essentials plan, thinking that it also had the 50% applied too [like I did]. My trial ends tomorrow and rolls over into a 12 month plan. I've now got only a few hours to decide whether I commit to the full-price plan, not looking likely due to how long it's taken Dropbox customer support to resolve the incredibly simple issue raised by the OP. Doesn't fill me with enough confidence in the support to pay a year's cost upfront, unfortunately.

Just tried it and it worked for me!
Thank you for looking into this.
- GlennCartmill2 months agoHelpful | Level 6Yes. That worked. I have managed to upgrade to Dropbox plus with the 50% offer.
Thanks for sorting that.
