False advertising when assessing plan prices
I came to purchase a plan from Dropbox through Adobe Perks with a 50% off offer for the first year. Sounded good to me. I was presented with the upsell to Essentials and the small print said after a 30 day free trial I'd be charged AU$153.48/yr including taxes. This was cheaper than the Plus account which would go up to AU$186.88/yr plus taxes after the first discounted year, so of course I selected that option. My confirmation email contradicts this offer and says that I will be charged AU$306.90 after the 30 day trial period. This is not what I signed up for and I cannot find any way of contacting sales or support to address this. I took screenshots of the checkout because it felt like it was too good to be true. I was right.
I can't redeem my 100GB on my brand new Acer Nitro v15
I got this laptop two weeks ago and I saw the promo when turned the device on the first time. But I had issues with the windows version installed and had to reinstall a new one. Since then, I've tried downloading the dropbox app from the website and also the Microsoft store in order to redeem the offer since it is still the same PC, but to no avail. I learnt the preinstalled app is different from the other normal one on the site and Microsoft Store. It was part of the reasons why I bought this laptop in the first place. I really need it. Is there any way I can still redeem it? Thanks.

Nous sommes déjà plusieurs dans l'association à l'utiliser et nous en avons besoin urgemment. J'ai lu que dropbox proposait des tarifs réduits pour les associations mais je ne trouve aucune information sur le sujet. A qui faut-il s'adresser pour avoir les tarifs s'il vous plait ? I can't see my Seagate hard drive Dropbox Backup offer in my account nor an option to cancel it
I've recently purchased a Seagate Hard Drive and it came with a Backup plan offer from Dropbox. I have activated it and I'm backing it up as we speak, although when I go on my subscriptions page, it doesn't show me any information about this offer, it just says I have Dropbox Basic and that I'll be charged 8 Dollars a month. I can't even cancel the subscription after 6 months free offer ends. Any advice on how I can resolve this painlessly? I don't want to cancel the offer, although I don't appreciate not having the option to.How can I access my old account with my redeemed HP promotion on my new computer?
i had a promotion with my newly bought HP laptop, unfortunately i have lost all the access as my pc was wiped out including the recovery drive to install the official windows copy that was included. while i installed another copy of win 11, i don't have access anylonger to my dropbox and unfortunately i made a new account assuming it will connect me to my redeemed promotion. but it went to a completely different direction. is there anyway to get back my official windows copy + the promotion for dropbox?
How can I redeem the 50% Discount for Dropbox Plus with Adobe Creative Cloud?
I have both an Adobe Creative Cloud and a Dropbox Plus subscription. I recently saw that I could be saving 50% on my Dropbox Plus sub. It has only recently renewed but as my work situation has changed I need to cut some costs while I seek new work. I want to keep my subscription but want to take advantage of this offer I'm entitled to. Could someone let me know if they've been able to do this? When I click Redeem Offer it says I already have a Dropbox Plus plan. I've been paying for Adobe for 30 years and Dropbox for 15 years. I claimed my Seagate promotional space, but my Dropbox account still has 2GB.
Hi community, I got an offer from Dropbox to upgrade to plus for six months with my purchase of Seagate harddisk. I activated it but I am still having only 2 GB storage. It shows that I am a plus member account holder on my android application, but still no upgradation on any other facilities. The support is also pathetic as i cannot chat with anyone because that feature is only for plus member. Really disappointed with Dropbox. I have attached the screenshots of the activation email and the screenshot of my android device where it shows that I have plus account. [personal info removed per Community Guidelines]
How to redeem the HP promotion?
I purchased a brand new HP PC and received an offer of 100 GB of Dropbox space free for 1 year. I agreed to the Dropbox and HP offer terms, logged into my account, followed all prompts, and did NOT receive anything!!! Why have I not received my promo space, and when will the offer actually be honored? By the way, I have read the "How to redeem the HP and Dropbox promotion" article (https://help.dropbox.com/storage-space/hp-promotion), its FAQs and Terms, and can confirm that I am NOT ineligible for the promotional space.
