Paid for subscription but Dropbox emailed me and said it was not paid I did not pay
Dropbox emailed me that I fed not renew and I have a PayPal receipt for the payment.

Can you send over a screenshot of the Dropbox email you received, stating that your payment wasn't accepted? Please make sure to hide any personal info possibly showing, like your email address etc.
Did you upgrade your Dropbox account directly via www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play?
