If you wish to cancel your subscription, but can't access the email associated with it, you can still contact our support team for assistance:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Let us know once you have your ticket number.

Dear Megan,
It’s been a week and I still have not heard back from Dropbox, I do not have a ticket number to provide. Meanwhile, my credit card has already been debited. Please advise urgently.
