How can we cancel a subscription of a person who passed away?

So my friend lost her fight against cancer. We will miss her.
We trying to end the subscription of dropbox, but the esp does not exist anymore and we don't know the password.
We do no the account to which the plan is subscribed and we know the amount.
Can anyone help us to get in contact with dropbox to end the subscription.
We have a certificate to proof her death.

Tnx for your guidance. In the Netherlands we dont have a court order after someone passed away. And the mail we have to guess. But we can provide the other documents in Dutch

We will send copies and info to you and let's go from there.
