Cannot find the button to cancel my Dropbox Plus subscription
I have tried for hours to cancel my dropbox plus subscription It is due to renew on 5th November 24 and I dont use it at all
I have tried all the suggestions you make about checking app on phone and laptop but I cant find any cancel button Its a disgrace its so difficult to stop a payment ! It was deducted last year and I havent used it at all. I am retiring in a year or so and this was set up by someone who has since died
I just want a simple way to stop this payment being taken from my credit card account

Are you sure you're signed in to an account that has a paid subscription? Look at your Plan page. What plan does it show? If it says Basic, the account you're signed in to doesn't have a paid subscription, so there would be nothing to cancel.
If that's the case, use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for. Once you identify the correct account, you can sign in to that account and cancel the subscription.
If you're unable to sign in to the account or you can't locate it, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

I have tried for 3 days to find out where I can cancel the plus on my account. I am part of a team but needed to increase my plan to get the files. Now I want to cancel as I do not need to plan and there is no cancel. There is no Manage my account and there is no cancel button. I have the transaction ID, I can see the invoice but I cannot even change any details..... Please contact me Asap.

Hey romilly1, thanks for posting here!
Would you mind clarifying what you see when accessing your account's plan page right here?
You also mentioned a Plus individual charge, and said that you're part of a Team at the moment. Is it possible that you're logged into a different account, and the charge is linked on another Dropbox?
