My Credit card has been charged with the Dropbox Plus plan, but my account only shows as Basic.
Hello community,
I have a problem. For a while now I can't access my folders anymore. They are mysteriously gone. At the same time I was charged the plus abo on my creditcard in September but my account says "basic" and therefore I don't have access to email support. The chat bot is sending me back to the support center which doesn't answer my problem or question either. Does anyone have experience how to actually get into contact with a real person in this situation?

First, I would use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for, just to confirm that it's the same account that you're signed in to.
Once you've verified that you're signed in to the correct account, if you still don't see your files, check the Events page. Do you see any recent file activity?
