I've been refunded, but can't see my refund anywhere.
Hey Dropbox.
I have talked with dropbox team on chat about me charged wrongly for annual billing without my knowledge.
After that they intiated my refind which they said will come in 10-15 working days. Its been month now still I havemt received the refund . Now my account is also degraded from premium so I am unable to chat with them

Have you tried contacting your bank, to ask more about this?
Would you also mind sharing your old ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on our system?

I have checked with bank its not came.
