I paid for a Dropbox Plus plan, but my account says I need to upgrade.

Hello,

 

I just upgraded up account to Dropbox plus, £9,99. The money has come off my account, when I check my subscription is says its running, when I check the billing page it says its completed etc, but on my home page it still says 2gb and I must upgrade... I can't even access the chat because I am "not on the right subscription". 

 

Any suggestions? 🙂

    Can you send me a screenshot of what you see under your Billing page? If you see any personal info, make sure to remove it first.

     

    Did you upgrade via our Dropbox website or iTunes/Google Play?
