I keep getting charged - how can I cancel the payments?
Hi, I'm desperately trying to close-delete- unsubscribe from Dropbox-its getting me from one webpage to another....Useless! Need an email address to contact Dropbox with details- can't find any! Dropbox keeps charging me - and I just want to stop it- unsubscribe- NOW.

Nothing works- just meeting useless bots. Need an email address to get in touch.
The "lookup tool" is asking for details- after filling it in, it states again to fill it in... in a loop

Thanks for trying out the look-up tool, ferrydesign. I can log a ticket for you, but first I’d like to know if, by any chance, you’ve been billed for an in-app plan (via Google Play/iTunes). Please check your bank statement to see if that’s the case (if it is, it will be mentioned next to your Dropbox charges).
If you’re on a direct Dropbox payment instead, let me know here and I’ll get things started.

Is it possible that you're not signed in to the account that's upgraded? What plan do you see on this page?
If you're signed in to a different account, you can use our payment lookup tool to find out the email address associated with the payments, so you can sign in and cancel the subscription.
