I can't see the Billing tab under my Admin Console, even though I'm a team admin.
I am the team Admin on our account and I cannot see the Billing Portal in the Admin Console.
Any suggestions?

Were you able to see the Billing tab under your Admin Console before?
Is there another admin on your Dropbox team that can properly access the Billing tab? Is it possible you have a limited set of permissions on the team based on what's described here?
I’d also like a screenshot of what you see on this page, so that I can check your exact plan and see what else may be happening.
Let me know when you’ve got more info.

So I am a "Team Admin" which means that I can "Manage everything and access all permissions"
That link you sent states that Team Admins can view billing.

Have you tried directly contacting our Support about this? I'm suggesting that, since they'd have more visibility to account specific info, in order to assist and guide you.
Also, is it possible that your billing is externally handled?
