Change in my plan I did not authorize?
My account is showing up as Basic in Dropbox, which is what I want, but I see there is a charge to my credit card for $119.88.
With Basic I do not seem to have any avenue for chat help or contracting Dropbox directly.
Can someone at Dropbox please help me resolve this?

Did you give Dropbox your card information? If so the charge is legitimate but on a different account. https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge will help you identify it and get help.
If you did not you need to contact your card company and ask for help as somebody has cloned your details.

Hi sidney57, how are you today?
Is it possible that you upgraded a different account than the one you're looking at?
Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?
Have you tried using our self-serve look-up tool, in order to locate the Dropbox account linked to the charge, and identify if it's a different one?
Keep me posted!
