Could you confirm the current location of the Dropbox folder?
Is it located in the CloudStorage folder, or your User folder?
This will help me to assist further!

If you mark files as available offline, do they show any green ticks? Do any of these icons appear instead?

If I manually mark a file as available offline, it does show a green tick.
