Cannot sign in to the Dropbox application on Windows using "connect a computer"
Hello
I have trouble signing in on the windows.
I used the "connect a computer" on my phone app, which worked for the browser, but no matter how much I tried, the app won't sign in.
The error says the email or the password is invalid, but I have access to my files on both my phone and my browser on my laptop.
I would appreciate it if you could help me.
BTW, the firewall isn't an issue; I already checked it.
No, I had to reset my password, which was unfortunate :))
Thanks for your time.

Hey alessandra_1897, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you manually sign in, using your Dropbox credentials, are you getting the same error message?
Have you tried uninstalling the Dropbox application, restarting your computer and then reinstalling it, to see if that helps?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Unfortunately, it didn't work.

Did manually signing in not work either, Alessandra?
Are you getting the same error?
