Sharing activity suspended due to Terms of Service violation

Hello,

I have been using Dropbox for years and recently I got the following message when trying to share a file or a folder.

"We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement."

I didn't remember doing anything violating Dropbox's terms. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

Hi vanhoabui, and welcome to the forum.

It sounds like your sharing activity has been banned indeed (for more info, please check this Help Center article).

Has the ban persisted for more than 24h?

If yes, I can log a ticket for you and check this further.

    Keep me updated.

No worries, vanhoabui. I’ve just opened a ticket for you.

Please check it, and let me know if you’ve received it in the same email thread.
