Error Message - File Does Not Exist after just creating a file

I've been getting an error message saying that files I've just created "don't exist" when I can actually see them where I've created them and have not done anything differently than any time previously.

Hi LynnH, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you attach a screenshot, while hiding any personal information, in order to understand what you're seeing?

This will help me to assist further!

I've created a file within a file (Anderson, J) ...no different than I've ever done before.

It's is clearly seen within the 01 Test file.  However when I try and access the Anderson, J file, I'm taken back to my main dropbox with the message...

I can then still drill back down in the files and still 'see' the Anderson, J file, just not access it without repeating the same issue.

It appears you're referring to a new and empty folder instead of a file.

Could you try renaming the file to not have a comma in it and see if you get the same behavior?
