Cannot create File Request
Hi...I'm a new DropBox user with a Basic plan. When I create a File Request, I enter the Title and Description and then click Create. DropBox just hangs at that point with the Create button spinning. I never get to the point of being able to enter email addresses.
Searching through the forum, I've tried using a different browser and clearing cookies, but I get the same issue.
Any suggestions?

Hi there kt1547 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please try an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you still get the same results?
If you do, send us a screenshot of the last screen you can get to or any error that might pop up so that we can have a visual too.

Hi @Walter,
Thanks for the quick response...and creating the File Request using Incognito mode did work. I was able to complete a test example.
Just curious, is this a common workaround? Are there certain extensions that interfere with DropBox in this way?

I'm having the same issue and unfortunately, the incognito window workaround is not working.

Are you seeing the same thing when trying from a different browser or after clearing your browser's cache as well?

Hello, I am having this issue as well. I have tried on my mac on safari and chrome, I have tried clearing the cache, in incognito mode, and tried on my cell phone as well. None of these options are fixing the issue. Please help. Thanks
