Thanks for the nudge here, Anton Haikov and sorry to see you're having this issue.
If you haven't already, can you please restart your computer, to see if that helps?
Also, if you quit the Dropbox app, are you seeing the same issue with the properties setting?

Hi! Thank you for your response. I did quit from the Dropbox app and turn off Read-only setting, as you suggested. But when I closed the Folder Properties Tab and opened it again this setting turn on. Maybe problem in windows settings?

Hi Anton Haikov, interesting.
What do you see when you click "How to fix" after the error you get? Also, is this particular folder located inside your Dropbox account?
Is your Dropbox folder also located on your E: drive?

When I click "How to fix" Chrome is open this link — https://help.dropbox.com/sync/files-not-syncing#permission.
I have a business account on Dropbox. And I think I logged in like administrator but not sure about it. However, I can go to the admin console from the app.
Folder with Read-only error is a root folder of whole business acсount and all folders inside. And this folder located in E:drive.
Thank you for your helping me! Hope we can solve this issue.)
