Deleted files from shared folder
Hi,
I have a problem. I share a folder in my Dropbox with 2 other people and now all of the files in that folder a gone
Is there any chance to get them back? The files are nowhere to be found
No, I'm afraid not.
Every person in the share has the same rights to it - i.e. they can add/edit/delete things.
The only possibility is if they have kept a copy elsewhere. What does sometimes happen is that a person moves the files out of Dropbox share to a different directory which deletes from the share, but, they still have them.

Hey NL73 - sorry to hear about your missing files.
Have you tried restoring them from the events page or the deleted files page perhaps?
Let us know and we'll take it from there.

Yes I tried to find on the deleted files page but it does not appear ... How does this happen?

If not, ask the owner of the folder if they're able to recover the files, either from Deleted Files or the Events page.
