How can I log in to Dropbox Sign?
Our company has a DropBox Essentials account, which we use primarily for the DropBox Sign (formerly HelloSign) service. Ever since we signed up for DropBox Sign I have had problems logging in. I go to DropBox Sign and enter my email address and get the strange message: "Looks like there's already a DropBox account with this email. Continue with DrobBox" And from here I have two links to "Continue." I haven't used DropBox for a few months and it's disheartening to colme back and see that nothing has changed. Can someone please answer the following questions: Is there an actual DropBox Sign web site? Or am I supposed to sign in on DropBox (dropbox.com)? If there is a DropBox Sign web site, can someone please supply me with a URL so I don't have to go through this confusion every time I log in?
Missing name and email address columns from CSV file when bulk sending.
Hi, I'm trying to do a bulk send, but when I upload the CSV file it says: Missing required column: Employee name Missing required column: Employee email_address But I already have that 2 columns on my file. What's the correct way to input the data inside the CSV file?
Some downloaded signed documents have black boxes covering the signatures
We are finding that on various of our agents accounts the odd document when downloaded is covering some of the signatures with a black box. Has anyone else had this happen and how did you fix it?Wondering if it may be a setting on one of the accounts. Any help would be much appreciated.Multiple signers, and how to close the document after it's been signed.
Hello, I have two questions. I have documents that require two of four possible signatures. Is there a way to make it so that after two of the signatures have been completed, the document will close as completed? If that is not an option, I can add all four signers and then manually end the request once I receive notice that two have signed. However, I noticed the only option is to delete the request, which deletes it from the system. Is there a way to cancel the request without deleting the whole thing, or is the only option to download the PDF and then delete the request? Thank you, Cindy
