New to drop box. Got this error message
Hi, I'm new to dropbox and received my first file that I need to download. It is and audio file. I'm us in Google Chrome browser.
I received the error message "That didn't work out for some reason"
when I clicked on the link that was supposed to download said file. Any ideas? I tried multiple times. Cleared cache and tried, no luck. Switched browsers and tried, no luck.
Hi misslolabean143, is there any chance that the user that sent you the link, has deleted the file, or moved it in a different place inside their Dropbox account?

Hi misslolabean143! Welcome aboard the forum.
Just to be on the same page, do you mean that you’re having this issue with a shared link that you received by someone else?
If yes, can you let me know if the link ends in ?dl=0 or in ?dl=1 instead?
Keep me updated and we’ll take a closer look.

I checked and its does end with dl=0.
It is and audio link sent to me.
Thank you for your help!
