How do I access .paper docs for previous account?
I previously had a Dropbox account and created some .paper docs I now want to access. When I closed my account I saved these .paper files but did not have the presence of mind to convert them to PDF or other at the time.
I've just opened a new DropBox account to view these docs - but can't seem to do so due to permission or ownership issues.
Is there any way I would be able to access the content in these .paper files?

Hi mkoeks, let's jump right into this!
You mentioned that you closed the account that these Paper documents were coming from. Did you cancel the subscription linked to it, or delete the account altogether?
Also, how did you save these .paper files?
You also said that you just opened a new Dropbox account, therefore it's safe to assume that the content wasn't originally shared with that account, right? Do you get any errors when trying to access the .paper files?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
- mkoeksNew member | Level 2Thanks Megan. I think I closed my previous account. I saved the files as paper files, so they're .paper files right now. The error I get when I try open them in my new account is that the file can't be previewed. So when I try download them I can download it as a .paper file (useless) or as a jog or pdf. Both the pdf and jog display an access token but no content - so I imagine this is related to the lack of ownership.
