After trying many things, it was finally by activating the two-step verification that I managed to connect my phone, finally !

Hi,
I am on a Free Basic Account. And in my list, I have only 2 devices connected, my PC and iPhone.

Thanks for checking, Ninomalbinho.
If you haven't already, can you uninstall the app, restart your device and then reinstall it, to see if that helps?

I retried all of this, but same result. I enter my email and my password. I receive a mail and a code, I enter the code in application and it always say the code is not correct 😞

Hi Ninomalbinho, could you clarify what code you're receiving in your email? Is this two-step verification?
Have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if this helps you to login?
