My friend can't access their Dropbox account because their email on Dropbox was changed?
I have a friend who can't access her Dropbox files. She's asked me to help because she's not esp computer savvy. She received an email from Dropbox that she had changed her email address (but insists to me she didn't). When she tries to access her account, using her old email address, a BRAND NEW ACCOUNT appears that contains none of her files that she desperately needs. That's all I know now. Any ideas for helping her? Thanks!

Your friend (not you) needs to contact Dropbox Support directly. She can visit the Support page while NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and she'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure she's not signed in.
