I can't access my Dropbox account as it's linked to an old email

Ok so here is the problem I have another Dropbox account linked to an old dead email that has a subscription tied to it, it has come to my attention that I cannot access the account due to 2 factor authentication and after scrolling and researching for a while it doesn't appear that Dropbox can help unless I am able to sign into the account can anyone give me direction on what to do?

Hi @Dantedevil97, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

Keep me updated with any progress!
