problem in my credit card billing

hello 

 

my credit card expire date is on 07/2022 which means that it still valid until 31/7/2022

 

so why i cannot pay my subscription for period from 27/6/2022 to 27/7/2022 ??

 

i tried to update my card info but the problem still exist 

 

i tried to contact my bank they confirmed that no problems in my bank account 

 

i recharged my card and tried to pay my subscription but no success 

 

any one have an idea what is the problem ?

    Hmm, I see. 

     

    Do you have any other payment method available perhaps, or even PayPal, so that we can give that a go, as a test?

    Hey shady mohamed, and welcome aboard our forum.

     

    When inserting your payment method to the system, do you receive any type of error message in particular? If yes, please send me a screenshot of it. 

     

    Besides that, I’d like you to take a test and update your billing info via another browser. Do you face the same issue, when doing so?

      i use chrome browser so i downloaded firefox and tried again 

       

      unfortunately it didnt work
