problem in my credit card billing
hello
my credit card expire date is on 07/2022 which means that it still valid until 31/7/2022
so why i cannot pay my subscription for period from 27/6/2022 to 27/7/2022 ??

Do you have any other payment method available perhaps, or even PayPal, so that we can give that a go, as a test?

When inserting your payment method to the system, do you receive any type of error message in particular? If yes, please send me a screenshot of it.
Besides that, I’d like you to take a test and update your billing info via another browser. Do you face the same issue, when doing so?

i use chrome browser so i downloaded firefox and tried again
unfortunately it didnt work
