i did upgrade but it does not show, i used ideal to pay

i did upgrade but it does not show, i used ideal to pay, TRIODOS/NL/20220715/20329101

How to get acces to the upgrade?

     I got the payment back, seems the ideal payment was not accepted.  Not so nice. I ve to find another cloud work place, but I keep this one for what does work 😉

      Hi obreenfotografie, I’m sorry to hear you had an issue with your payment. 

       

      In general, you should be able to pay for your Dropbox plan via iDeal. However, we’re unable to see whether there was a specific issue at the time being, which prevented the transaction from going through.

       

      If there’s something else you may need though, you can definitely ping me.

        I think I have a similar issue, I've paid thru IDEAL.
        I believe the transaction ID (12 digit alphanummerical), is not added to my banks transaction details.
        It should appear as "Dropbox*1234567890AB"
        But instead transaction description is formatted as: 
        AB98C7DE6FGHIJ54 3
        123456789101234 Dropbox

        The next day I get a refund. Since dropbox (Ayden) can't confirm the transaction.
        Can dropbox fix this?
        Does dropbox use SAP?

        PS: today I tried again, it worked. However the mail confirming the upgrade was delivered to my spam folder, but dropbox on the app shows 2 TB
