I usually download my subscription receipts from the billing tab under settings however this is no longer showing. Any ideas where this tab has moved to or how I can retrieve a receipt for payment?

The billing tab has disappeared. I was downloading my receipts from this location however now that Billing tab can't be seen. This has been like this for approx 2 months. Help please as i require these receipts for work.

The billing tab is missing from the Admin console. My plan page shows me the space we have left and this "You’re an admin of the Oasis Dropbox account." That's all. I need to add a license which I used to do through the billing tab. Please help.

It's rather odd that you don't see your billing tab at all. Are you sure you were the one that updated the billing info on the team in the first place?
Is it possible that it was some other member of the Team, or a reseller maybe?
