Paid for a subscription but haven't been upgraded
Hello,
As mentioned in the subject, I paid for a subscription yesterday (16/09/2024) but my account hasn't been upgraded.
I am writing here because there is no way to contact Dropbox on a basic account.
I hope this gets resolved quickly.

Can you let me know how you upgraded the account?
Was it directly through our website or from the Dropbox app on your mobile device?
If you upgraded online, try our payment lookup tool; is it giving you the same email address as the one you're using for your account?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

I used the website.I tried using the tool but my bank statement doesn't show the alphanumeric 12 digit code.

Hi rdgg7272, thanks for the info, As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
