Incorrect account downgrade even though the agent told me that shouldn't happen.
Hello,
My Dropbox account was downgraded from Plus to Basic, though support told me the downgrade was postponed for six months. I contacted your support team via email and got no response.
Ticket number of my initial request: Ticket #22865226
Ticket number of yesterday's request: Ticket #22921167
It would be great if you could assist me on this matter. Thank you.
