I want to cancel my Dropbox Sign subscription and get a refund for my payment

So awhile ago in October I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 180 dollar charge in December. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. Pretty disappointed by this page Contact Dropbox support - Dropbox  and I have no idea who to contact to pursue this. Anyone got any advice for me?

The email you sent just brought me back to the same page I had been on. So this has not helped me at all. I have looked in my spam and my trash to see if a different email has been sent and I am unable to find one. Please help me with this as I no longer use dropbox, and since the pandemic, I have lost my job and can’t afford just to be throwing money around. Thank you in advance for your help. .

Hi, I have the same situation. In my case I do need the subscription, but would like to process it with a different card, as the one I used before is my private one and now I can get a refund from my company.  Please help!

I am having the same issue. I didn't get notified about a deduction and just cost me $183. Could someone please contact me to arrange a refund?

Hi, I would also like to have a refund to the annual renewal. I am not notified of the renewal and was not given an option to reject renewal. I was even processed using my expired credit card. Please help to facilitate the refund.

I have been trying to solve this problem for several days and only get sent around in circles. Nothing here is helpful. Obviously I have to pay for another year, but am cancelling my credit card linked to this account so you can not charge me again next year. So frustrating!  😞

Can you please open a ticket with our support team about this? You can do so via this page.

 

After you’ve completed the steps, you should receive a ticket number to your email address. Please pass this along to us here, and we’ll make sure your case is assigned to an agent.
