Dropbox charged me 191.52 dollars even though I don't have any premium account. I checked my account and its basic. I am not sure how or which account got charged. The creditcard lookup tool is of no use as the credit card record has NO transction id. It says DROPBOX SIGN/HELLOSIGN. It also says its a repeating charge. The Support page is of no use. So awhile ago in October I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 180 dollar charge in December. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. I have received this payment on my card and cant find any active accounts that would be charged. Seems I am not allowed to chat with support with out paying them (I am paying them and dont want to) Does anyone know how to find out how to dispute this and talk to a human that can cancel this payment? Hi! Formswift just keeps appearing on my credit card statement charging me $37 over and over. They are unreachable - keep me in a loop of recordings and dead ends. Totally hate this switch - I guess they used to be Sign Now? Anyway - How can I get rid of Formswift and is anyone else having this problem and does anyone have an alternate they can recommend? I had an OLD account under Hellosign, now Dropbox. I am being billed $21.50 per month and we do not use this service. When I log into my Dropbox account, there are no charges.
