How do I cancel a charge for an old Hellosign account?
I had an OLD account under Hellosign, now Dropbox. I am being billed $21.50 per month and we do not use this service. When I log into my Dropbox account, there are no charges. Therefore, this charge is for an old Hellosign account. I am unable to find a solution to this billing problem and I am unable to reach a live person at Dropbox.
