How can I cancel and get a refund for Dropbox Sign?
Hello in 9/2024 I made a dropbox Sign account so I could get my roomates to sign an agreement easier on a pdf. It wasn't the only way but this was the fastest way and I believe there was a free version, or a free trial that I may have signed up for. I could've sworn that I canceled this subscription but apparently I didn't and that's on me I guess.... When reviewing my taxes and credit expenses for the past year I came across 119.88 dollar charge in 10/2024. I was wondering if it was possible to get it refunded as I only made 3 or 4 signature requests during that one month. Pretty disappointed by this page Contact Dropbox support - Dropbox and I have no idea who to contact to pursue this. Anyone got any advice for me?
My signatures saved on my iPad are not appearing on Dropbox.com and on Android
I saved two signatures on iPad and these are not appearing on my other devices. Are saved signatures supported to sync between devices or I have to create signatures in every device I want to use to sign my PDF documents?
Getting a warning triangle when sending out documents for signature on Dropbox Sign
Hi, When we attempt to issue out documents for signature, we receive a triangle error message and documents are not being sent. Please see attached screenshot to see what message shows up. We have tried sending documents to multiple different email accounts but none are working.Please could you assist us on solving this issue?Is it possible to create a doc that can be signed more than one employee?
Heya, I want to create a document for logging that will track some logs of our employees and we would want all the signatures to be on one document. Basically, when someone gets checked we send the doc to them for signature. After they are done, we want to use the same one (with the first employee signature there) to employee 2 who can sign in when they have been checked too. Now, i know there is an option in dropbox to do something similar but for that you need to know all the details of the people who need to sign so the doc will be shared with them once person 1 has signed it. However, we cant use that as we mostly pass this document when someone new joins the company. Which means if person 1 signs, it might be a week or a month before person 2 needs to sign (as that is when they join us). Is there a way to do so? Keep the same doc someone has signed for me to pass to the next person whenever they join or are needed to sign?
Issue with accessing templates in Dropbox Sign
While using Dropbox Signatures to prepare a template form for a client to sign this morning, I suddenly became unable to access my templates with the following error message displayed: "Couldn’t retrieve templates. Reload the page to try again." Why did this happen? Is there a way around it? Is it just some of kind of coding glitch, or is this a plan-related limitation that will require me to upgrade? Hello, I have created a 183 page document with fields for 10 people to sign. When I click on the send button, Dropbox Sign does not execute the send order. It gives an error message and tells me to try again later. Does anyone have a solution to send the file or to even save it for some time?Failling to send pdf for signatures
Hello.' I am encountering difficulty when trying to send a document for signatures. We are a team of seven. When i try to send the document for signatures after placing fields and saving the document, it does not show me "send for sigtnature" but "share". It seems like the platform deletes all the written email that i have assigned to the document. My colleague are able to send for signature and her screen shows " send" instead of "share".

Hi, I just started using Dropbox Signatures and tested to send myself a signature request.I have a few questions: 1. I wrote a message to accompany my request but in my Signatures tab I don't see this message anywhere. Where can I find it? 2. I didn't receive an e-mail that someone sent me a Signature request. Is there a way to automatically send an e-mail to to let the person know they have a Signature Request? 3. When I downloaded the signed document, I see that the 'document history' is in Dutch (I live in Belgium), while my Dropbox Account is set to English. Is there a way to change the language of the 'document history' on the signed documents? Thanks for your help!
