I'm receiving Dropbox charges, even though I don't have an account.

I have been trying to get ahold of drop box for weeks. Their clever tactic is to not have any way of contacting them except apparently this forum. I need to get refunded for the last 4 months of drop box sign. My accounts say i have no subscriptions but i get charged $20 per month.

Hi Jake17, let's jump right into this!

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

    Let me know more!

Did you ever give your card details to Dropbox Jake17 ? If you did then you have an account somewhere. If you DIDNT you need to speak to your card company as somebody has compromised your account.
