I literally just upgraded from basic to a plus account because I cant access a shared file I need. Bought it and it said error, restored purchases still get a error....Literally JUST bought this subscription & IT ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY OUT THE ACCOUNT!!! What do I do???

Do you see any receipts or money withdrawn from your bank? If so, do you also see a transaction ID that you can possibly use, in order to locate where this charge is coming from?

If a refund is what you're looking for, Apple will definitely help with that.
If you wish to have the subscription, though, you can open your Dropbox app, go to 'account', tap on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases', to see if that helps.
